Here are some great resources for market research on base salaries. Most will force you to create an account and input your salary information in order to access their data.
Levels.fyi - for major tech companies & a comparison
Bureau of Labor Statistics - this is usually a couple years behind because of their comprehensive data gathering
Government websites that have pay transparency on them, such as local city organizations and usajobs.gov. Often there are comparable industry roles that you can find salaries for.
